Frequently Asked Questions

Got Questions?
We Have Answers.

Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, payment and trading with VLS Jewels Ltd — in one place.

01 Account & Registration

Who can register for an account?

AGNI Jewels UK is a wholesale-only platform serving retailers across the United Kingdom. To register, you must be a registered jewellery retailer or trade business. Personal / consumer accounts are not accepted.

How do I create a trade account?

Click the Login / Register link at the top of any page and fill in your business details. Your account will be reviewed by our team and you will receive an email confirmation once approved — usually within one working day.

Why is my account showing "pending approval"?

All new accounts are manually reviewed to make sure we are trading with a legitimate retailer. While your account is pending you can browse the site but not view prices, place orders or see weight information. Approval is typically completed within one working day.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the login screen click "Lost your password?", enter the email address registered to your account, and we will send a secure reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours.

02 About Our Products

What is CZ gold jewellery?

CZ stands for Cubic Zirconia — a high-quality lab-created stone widely used as a brilliant, affordable alternative to diamond. All our jewellery is genuine gold (22kt, 18kt or 14kt) set with cubic zirconia stones — combining the warmth and value of real gold with the sparkle of CZ.

What gold purities do you stock?

We offer the full range of purities to suit different markets:

  • 22 carat (91.6%) — the traditional choice, especially popular for South Asian markets
  • 18 carat (75.0%) — the European fine-jewellery standard
  • 14 carat (58.5%) — ideal for everyday wear and lighter weights
Do you offer bespoke or custom designs?

Yes. Our accredited jewellery professionals work directly with retailers on bespoke pieces — from one-off commissions to small custom collections. Get in touch with your sketch, reference or brief and we will quote on weight, lead time and price.

How accurate are the weights shown on the catalogue?

Catalogue weights are 22kt base weights, accurate to three decimal places. The actual delivered weight is calculated automatically based on the purity you choose — lower-purity versions of the same design will be lighter and are invoiced at the exact melted weight.

Can I see prices without signing in?

No. Prices, weights and the order facility are reserved for approved trade accounts only. Guests can browse the catalogue and view designs, but not see pricing.

03 Placing An Order

What are the order cut-off times?

For Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day delivery:

  • Monday – Thursday: order by 3:00 PM
  • Friday: order by 12:00 PM (early close)
  • Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: no guaranteed delivery

If the item is in stock only then it’s possible Next Day Delivery, otherwise it will be the agreed time length confirmed by us — normally 20 to 30 working days to ship.

Is there a minimum order value?

Please contact our sales team for current minimum order values, which may vary by purity and item category. As a wholesale supplier, we are happy to discuss terms that suit your business size.

Can I order the same piece in multiple purities?

Yes. Most designs are available across multiple purities. On each product page you will see a panel where you can enter the quantity required for each purity (22kt, 18kt, 14kt) — simply add what you need and click "Add All Selected To Cart".

Can I save items for later?

Yes. Your cart is automatically saved to your account, so you can build up an order over multiple sessions and submit it when ready. You can also add private notes to each line item that only your account sees.

How do I know my order was received?

You will receive an order acknowledgement email immediately after placing the order. A second email confirms dispatch, with the tracking reference for the Royal Mail delivery.

04 Delivery

What courier do you use?

We dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day. All parcels are insured in transit and require a signature on delivery from an authorised person at the business address.

How much is delivery?

A flat postal charge applies to all guaranteed deliveries and is added at checkout. The exact amount depends on the parcel value and insurance level required — it will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently serve retailers in mainland United Kingdom. For international enquiries or shipments to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, please contact us directly — we will quote a bespoke service.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

Royal Mail will leave a card and attempt redelivery the next working day, or you can collect from your local sorting office with valid ID. Because every parcel requires a signature, deliveries cannot be left unattended.

Is my parcel insured?

Yes — all dispatches are fully insured in transit up to the value of the goods until they are signed for at your address. Once delivered, the goods are in your possession and you are responsible for their safety and insurance (see our Terms & Conditions, clauses 1 and 8).

05 Payment & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. Cheques are not accepted unless specifically agreed in writing.

What are your payment terms?

All invoices are strictly net and due for payment on or before the agreed terms from the invoice date. Established account holders may be offered credit terms by separate agreement.

What happens if I pay late?

Interest is charged on overdue amounts at 2.5% per month or part thereof, until paid in full. We reserve the right to withhold further deliveries until your account is settled. Persistent non-payment may lead to suspension of the trade account.

Are prices fixed?

Prices are subject to change without prior notice because gold and stone market rates fluctuate. Goods are invoiced at the price current on the day the order is completed by us, together with VAT at the prevailing rate.

What is your returns policy?

Inspect all goods on receipt. Any shortage, damage or defect must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence where applicable. After this period the goods are deemed accepted.

Bespoke or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

Do I own the goods immediately on delivery?

No. Title in the goods remains with VLS Jewels Ltd until paid in full. Risk however passes to you on delivery — meaning while the goods are in your possession, you are responsible for insuring them against loss, theft or damage.
